Updated 20 October 2026. Files, text, colors, calendar notes, and team names are processed in your browser. The tools do not upload this content. We do not store your working files or offer cloud recovery.

Small usage counters

On tool pages, we send a random page identifier, the tool identifier, and flags such as “tool started,” “result created,” “export requested,” and “error shown.” We also record the UTC day, a broad referral category (direct, search, social, or other), device class, and country provided by our host. An export request does not tell us whether you saved the file.

The random identifier exists only in the tab's memory. It is not saved in cookies or local storage. We do not send form values, file contents, names, full referring URLs, or search terms. IP addresses and browser user-agent strings are not stored in our activity database.

Your choice

Use “Turn off usage statistics” below to disable collection. Only that preference is saved in local storage on this site. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also disable collection. Your choice does not affect the tools. Blocking statistics or clearing site data may change how your preference is retained.

Hosting and retention

Cloudflare serves this site and our separate activity collector, so it processes network information such as your IP address as a service provider. Activity records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; outages or free-plan limits can delay the cleanup. We keep aggregate reports to compare tool usefulness. We do not sell file contents or activity records.

Advertising

Advertising is currently disabled. The site includes Google account verification information, which does not load advertising scripts. If ads are activated, this notice will be updated and the applicable consent controls will be provided.
