Planning & print / Chore Turn
Give shared tasks a simple rotation
Create a daily or weekly chore rotation for your group. Review assignments, print landscape A4 or Letter pages, and download a complete CSV without an account.
Everyone gets a turn
Assignments across this plan
Counts are balanced within each turn. Totals over a partial rotation can differ. Tasks may take different amounts of effort.
Print at actual size with browser headers and footers off. Four turns fit on each page; every page is included in Print all.
A plan for shared work
Take turns without rebuilding the list.
Add people and recurring tasks, then choose daily or weekly turns. Each task moves to the next person in your list. Print the plan for a shared space or take the full schedule into a spreadsheet.
Your names and tasks stay on your device. No accounts, reminders, or external calendar are required.
How are tasks assigned?
In the first column, tasks are handed to people in list order, starting with the selected person and wrapping around as needed. Each following column moves every task one person forward. With more than one person, nobody keeps the same task in consecutive turns. After a full rotation, each person has had each task once.
Is the workload equal?
The number of tasks assigned in a single turn differs by at most one between people. Totals across a shorter schedule can differ, and task counts do not measure effort. Review the result for availability, preferences, and task difficulty before using it.
What do the dates mean?
A daily turn lasts one date. A weekly turn starts on the displayed date and runs for seven calendar days, regardless of which weekday you chose. The CSV includes both the start and end date of every assignment.
Can I adjust assignments later?
Change the input order or starting person and create a new rotation. For individual exceptions, edit the downloaded CSV or write on the printed sheet. The tool does not save your plan between visits.
