Rehearse with less friction

Let your script move with you.

A scrolling script can help when rehearsing a talk, preparing a tutorial, or recording a short introduction with another device. Paste plain text, choose a readable size, and find a speed that lets you speak naturally.

Leave blank lines where you want a pause. The reader keeps your paragraph breaks. Scroll speed is measured in pixels per second, so larger text and shorter lines change how quickly the words pass.

How do I pause or find a line?

Use the Play/Pause button or press Space while the reader is focused. Scrolling with a mouse, touch, or the arrow keys pauses playback so you can find your place. Press R or Reset to return to the beginning. The reader starts paused.

What is the mirror option for?

It flips the text horizontally for a setup that reflects a screen toward the speaker. Leave it off when reading directly from your display. Only the script is mirrored; the buttons stay readable.

Will it keep going in another tab?

Switching away pauses playback. Resizing the window pauses it too, since text can wrap differently. Keep the tab visible and your device awake during a take. The tool does not follow your voice or control another device.

Does it save or record anything?

No script or recording is saved. Text stays in memory in the current tab and clears when you refresh or close it. Keep your original script elsewhere. The approximate word count splits on spaces; it is not a reading-time estimate.
